Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records prior to the pool company taking over (aquamarine). Records are now being kept by the pool company.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c)/SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. Please test and record the test in the pool log for both the ACC and Stingle Switch monthly and prior to opening. The ACC was tested during the inspection and observed to be properly working .
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s)/Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
The gate is not self closing and self latching. The pool was voluntarily closed by the operator. Ensure the gate is self closing and self latching prior to reopening the pool. A reinspection is necessary.

Facility fixed gate, gate is now self closing and self latching. Facility also tested ACC and recorded the test. Thank you.
Pool observed at 2.0 ppm chlorine. This was done as chlorine pucks were observed in the skimmer basket during the previous inspection and an accurate chlorine reading needed to be changed.
