3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed flow rate of 55 gpm exceeds the maximum flow capacity of 38 gpm listed on the sand filter.
Throttle down the flow rate (if possible) to between 17-38 gpm so as to comply with 2 hour turnover rate requirement without ecxeeding the maximum filter flow rate capacity of the sand filter. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
