| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s)/Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Bent Rungs produce gaps greater than 4 inches in places. Gates do not self close and self latch. Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Perimeter gates are locked at night and there is always a lifegaurd on deck according to operator. |
