Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.

Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. Ensure first aid kit is stocked with gloves.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a)/ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv. ORP noted at 195.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)/The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Records were not found for week in which inspection took place.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Ensure that records are retained for a minimum of two years for review.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(y)/Chemicals are properly stored/used
Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. Observed acids stored over bases in storage room.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure.

Inspection Notes:

1. Conducted follow up inspection on 1/13/2023.
2. ORP level was corrected and measured at 740.
3. Record keeping is being maintained at required frequency.
4. Chlorine levels did not meet required standards. Pool was voluntarily closed and PIC shocked the pool. Follow up to check chlorine levels on 1/20/2023.
