[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Pool was closed at time of inspection. Re-inspection to ensure properly residual.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 31-January-2022

Comments
Notes:
-First aid kit available and emergency phone properly working.
-Safety equipment available.
-Records were not being take at time of inspection, ensure that record book is available at re-inspection.
-Pool was closed at time of inspection and only open per appointment. Discussed with operator not having anyone use the pool until chlorine levels are at least at 1ppm.

Pool equipment was changed per last equipment inventory. For equipment changes, other than those that are IDENETICAL, and Equipment Replacement Notification report form (HEA 5234) must be submitted for approval.
*Last equipment inventor will be printed for re-inspection.
