Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.

Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. No water chemistry readings taken today. Patrons swimming in pool.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Sins are very faded. They can not be read.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
