The Public Swimming Pool license could not be located. Locate, then post the Public Swimming Pool license.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)/Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Weirs are missing from the skimmer baskets. Replace the missing weirs.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)/Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency phone was not working. Repair the phone so it is available in the case of an emergency.
