[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection ORP reading of 495 mV was well below minimum acceptable reading of 650 mV becuase there was no chlorine in the pool at the time of the inspection.
Increase chlorine residual to at least 1 ppm and the ORP should increase accordingly. Chlorine residual was increased by this writer. ORP increased to 815 mV.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. This writer overrode the ACC to boost the chlorine residual >1 ppm. As such pool may remain open.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
No flow detected at the flow meter for the wading pool.
Repair or replace flow meter so that flow rate and turnover rate can be monitored and assured. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained at the midpoint of the opening of the skimmer. Water level was about an inch below the opening of the skimmer at the time of the inspection.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored. Water was added by this writer during the inspection.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Estimated pH reading of 6.7 (test kit range extends only to 6.8) was well outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8 required by code.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical pH value of 7.8 is more than a full point higher than the actual measured pH of 6.7.
Clean and recalibrate the pH probe so that accurate pH values are being displayed on the unit. If necessary have the ACC unit serviced by a qualified service tech or replaced with one that displays more accurate readings.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Inspection Information

Comments
Facility inspection notes:
Water clarity is sufficient.
Pool will be rechecked in one week to verify correction of critical violation(s) in this report.
Pool techs recorded a pH of 7 this morning and made no adjustments according to onsite records.
