3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s)/Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry Door into pool enclosure does not self latch. Ensure door self closes and self latches. Until door can be repaired such that it self closes and self latches, operator has agreed to either monitor door while pool is open or close pool and lock entrance. Door will be fixed later in day according to operator.
