| OAC 3701-31-04 Emergency phone was not operational at the time of the inspection. Provide a functional phone with a working dial tone before opening for the season. Disinfectant residual and water quality readings meet code requirements at this time. Spray Ground is approved for licensure at this time. Thank you and good luck. Notes: Ohio Dept. of Health approved the Spray Ground as constructed on this date. Signage and safety equipment provided as required. Do not open if the permanent perimeter barrier is not completely installed. Recommend providing a solid chain link temporary fence with a "Danger -Pool Closed" sign between the spray ground and the new pool to prohibit patron access to the new pool until it is approved for licensure. |
