3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow (or pressure) and automatic pump shut off switches were not tested monthly as required. Onsite records indicate that the ACC was last tested on May 28, 2016.
Test the ACC monthly or more frequently per manufacturer's requirements and record test results in daily pool operation reports. NOTE: switches were tested by this inspector during this inspection and found to be functioning properly.

Water clarity disinfectant residuals and water quality readings meet minimum code requirements at this time.
Flow switch /APSOS tested during inspection and found to be functioning satisfactorily.
System is well-maintained at this time.

NOTE: If Sprayground continues to operate through the month of September, the mixing-holding tank must be drained and cleaned by September 11 (120 days since activation on May 15) in accordance with code requirements.
