[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading of 641 mV was slightly less than the minimum code limit of 650 mV.
Clean and re calibrate ORP probe. If this does not solve the problem, have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat While the entry gate to the pavilion has been repaired and now functions properly, the conde-locked entry gates to the pool area was found to be temporarily secured via a cable lock. While inspector was completing this report, a family showed up to swim at the pool and managed to manipulate the cable lock and gain access to the pool through the gate.
Either permanently secure this entry gate, or repair code-locked gate so that it self-closes, self-latches, and can be locked so as to prevent unauthorized entry and potential drowning. Correct By: 11-Jun-2018

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Follow-up

[?] Inspection Date: 12-June-2018

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)/The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)/Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
No flow reading detected at the flow meter.
Repair or replace the flow meter so that flow rate can be monitored and turnover rate can be determined. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c)/Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Emergency number (911) is not posted at the emergency phone.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area, and that the emergency phone number (911) is posted beside the telephone. Recommendation: Provide the physical address for the pool on or near the "Dial 911" sign.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b)/pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
The pH reading of 6.4 on the ACC display was more than 1.0 off from the measured pH reading of 7.5.
Clean and recalibrate the pH probe for the ACC unit. If this does not fix the problem, replace the pH probe with a new probe. If the pH is still significantly off from the measured value, have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the correct pH value is displayed.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a)/"WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuous location at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b)/"Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
Comments
Thank you for correcting nearly all of the violations noted on the previous report.

The code-locked gate has been temporarily disabled via the use of a cable lock. While inspector was completing this report, a family showed up to swim at the pool and managed to manipulate the cable lock and gain access to the pool through the gate. The self-closing and self-latching function of this gate must be restored so as to prevent unauthorized access.
