[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b) / SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Critical The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Repair or replace the Vac Alert SVRS Device so that a secondary means of preventing entrapment is provided as required. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical SVRS device was not tested in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Have the SVRS device tested immediately and maintain the test results on site. Vac Alert SVRS Device was tested during inspection and failed to cavitate the pump as designed.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical SVRS devices were not maintained or not functional.
Restore all SVRS devices to proper working order to prevent entrapment or evisceration.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. At least 2 depth markers must be reinstalled at the wading pool. NOTE: "No Diving" signs are NOT required at wading pools.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical Corrected During Inspection Over the last week, the pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system, because the erosion feeder was jammed.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected. It has since been repaired and put back on line.
