Comments
- Operator has made changes to decking and fencing and put in a new door in addition to changes noted in equipment inventory. Operator will be notified in regards to if plans need to be submitted to Ohio Department of Health.
- Shepherds crook, first aid kit, Personal flotation device and throw line, spine board, emergency phone were provided.
- Do not operate pool until it can be ensured that door self closes and self latches. Pool operator closed pool at time of inspection and locked door.
- Pool water was clear.
- Ensure numbers are posted with sign indicating location of nearest emergency phone as specified in 3701-31-04.
