Repeat The black gate in the rear end of pool will close with force but it is not self latching.
Repair the gate, so that it is both self closing and self latching.

The pH was noted at 7.9. Ideal range is 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
