[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (A) / All construction or alterations of a public swimming pool are approved
The pool replaced the pump, salt generator, and pH feeder.
Ensure an equipment replacement notification report is submitted for replaced equipment.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were only being tested once during the 16 hour operating period and were not being tested when primary pool operator is not on site.
If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was only being tested once during the 16 hour operating period and was not being tested when primary pool operator is not on site.
If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat pH was only being tested once during the 16 hour operating period and was not being tested when primary pool operator is not on site.
If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Repeat The ACC flow switch is not being tested and recorded once a month.
Ensure the ACC flow switch is tested and recorded once a month.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat The flow meter ranged from 40-140 gpm.
Properly install a flow meter that will measure flow in the pools normal functioning range.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical The equalizer lines were not properly filled, plugged, or covered.
Ensure equalizer lines are properly filled, plugged, or covered.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Comments
The spa from this location was removed.
-The disinfectant residuals and water quality parameters meet code requirement.
-Alkalinity was measured at 60 ppm, the ideal range is 80-120 ppm.
-All required safety equipment was provided.
-The pool perimeter was secure.
-The filter pressure was 15 psi.
-The pool water was clear.
-The ACC unit measured pH at 7.39. Consider calibrating the ACC to ensure proper pH balance.
-Turnover rate was unable to be calculated during the inspection.
