[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Chlorine observed at 0.5 ppm during inspection. Approximately 20 minutes later a supervisor arrived and within 20 minutes of there arrival pool was observed at 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Alkalinty observed at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Chlorine observed at 0.5 ppm during inspection. Approximately 20 minutes later a supervisor arrived and within 20 minutes of there arrival pool was observed at 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Comments
Inspection notes:
-All safety provided.
-Emergency phone tested.
-No flow on ACC tested, properly works.
-Chlorine feeder not hooked up to ACC.. Chlorine was low in pool. Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Chlorine observed at 0.5 ppm during inspection. Approximately 20 minutes later a supervisor arrived and within 20 minutes of there arrival pool was observed at 1 ppm. Ensure chlorine is maintained above a 1 ppm.
-Pool records well kept. Thank you.
-New test kit provided.
