3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)/Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals. ACC was not properly hooked up to the chlorine feeder and should be temporarily tested every four hours until ACC is properly hooked up. Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. |
3701-31-04 (B)(6)/Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed the ACC not properly working when plugged into the chlorine feeder. Pool temporarily plugged chlorine feeder into wall outlet. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Ensure that ACC properly is functioning when both feeders are plugged into equipment. |
