[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading of 595 mV is was below minimum required reading of 650 mV.
Clean ORP probe and recalibrate if necessary. If this does not solve the problem, have the ACC unit inspected by a qualified service tech to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature in degrees Fahrenheit (°F) at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Flow measurement of 70 gpm is 20 gpm less than minimum required flow rate necessary to achieve 8-hour turnover rate.
Throttle (increase) the flow rate to at least 90 gpm so as to achieve 8- hour turnover rate. If necessary, have the circulation system evaluated by a qualified pool service technician to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted.
Post the "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 15-June-2016

Comments
Facility inspection notes:
Water clarity, disinfectant residuals, and water quality readings meet minimum code requirements at this time.
Equalizer lines observed to be plugged in the skimmer basins as required.
Restrooms are clean and properly supplied.
Pool looks pretty good at this time.
REMINDER: Pools with ACCs must test the ACC at least once every 30 days and record results of test(s) in daily pool operation reports. ACC must activate an audible or visual alarm if the flow is interrupted and they must also simultaneously lockout the chemical feed pumps to prevent feeding chemicals in low or no flow situations.
So far this season, Aquamarine pool techs have recorded test results that were out of compliance with code requirements and recorded no corrective actions in response to those readings. If the readings indicate that an adjustment needs to be made, please make the necessary adjustment(s) and then record the adjustment(s) in the log sheets.
