[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water. At least two (2) depth markers are required at all wading pools. Depth must be reflected in feet and inches (to the nearest 6 inches), not more than 25 lineal feet apart.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Gate to perimeter barrier does not self-close and self-latch.
Repair the gate to the perimeter barrier so that it self-closes & self-latches so as to prevent unauthorized / unsupervised entry.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 06-June-2016

Comments
A follow-up inspection will be conducted in 1 week to verify repair of the gate to the wading pool area.
Facility inspection notes:
Water clarity, disinfectant residuals, water quality readings and associated pool records meet minimum code requirements at this time.

ACC was tested by this writer during this inspection. It registered no flow when simulated flow interruption was conducted, and locked out the chemical feed pump(s) as required.
Reminder: Automatic chemical controllers (ACCs) must be tested at least monthly and the results of those tests must be recorded in the weekly pool operation reports.
Other than the missing depth markers and issues with the access gate, the pool looks great, Troy Keep up the good work.
