[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Past records indicate that 6 of the past 8 days the pool was operated without any chlorine disinfectant residual in the pool. Records do not indicate that the pool was closed, nor do they indicate (legibly) any corrective actions taken in response to this critical problem.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Records should indicate that the pool was either closed or corrective actions were taken.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Unit alarm(s) failed to activate and prevent feeding of chemicals into the system during simulated flow interruption through the test cell.
Repair the flow switch and / or pump interlock so that the ACC flashes an alarm and locks out the chemical feed pumps during flow interruption. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Prior to opening in 2016, please repaint or replace at least two (2) of the depth markers around the perimeter of the wading pool so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water. NOTE: "No Diving" signs are not required at wading pools.

Comments
Pool inspection notes:
Water clarity, disinfectant residuals (though much higher than necessary at or above 10.0 ppm), and water quality readings meet minimum code requirements at this time.
Pool looks great!
