Critical Repeat The two (2) main drain covers were installed in 2005, and needed to be replaced in 2012.
Replace the two (2) main drain covers, or provide updated specifications to verify VGB compliance.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
