Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed the sand filter to be leaking from around the top o-ring gasket. All equipment shall be maintained in a clean,safe and sanitary condition, in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Repair sand filter to prevent possibly further damage to mechanical components and possible bodily injury to bathers.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
Corrected During Inspection The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. The water level of a public swimming pool shall be maintained so it is at the midpoint of the skimmer throat.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored. Water was added to the wading pool to increase the volume. Ensure the sand filter is repaired to prevent further decrease in water volume.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed the perimeter barrier gates to be unable to properly self-close and latch. Perimeter barriers shall be in good repair at all times to prevent unauthorized entry. Gates or doors shall be self-closing and lockable.
Ensure the perimeter barrier gates are repair so they are self-closing, able to latch, and lockable.

Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area.

INSPECTION NOTES:
--Test results and service records for SVRS shall be maintained and made available to the licensor upon request. Please submit documentation to Clermont County Public Health for review.
--There is a large amount of tall vegetation and shrubbery located around the wading pool sand filter, SVRS, pump, etc. making it difficult to properly inspect. Please remove large shrubbery and vegetation from wading pool mechanical components so pool can be properly inspected.
--No information appears to be on file regarding the pool main drain cover. Please submit certificates of compliance with make/model information with expiration dates for drain covers or replace and submit new certificates of compliance to Clermont County Public Health.
--Observed the chlorine disinfection feeder to have been replaced from a Hayward Model# C1220 to a Ocean Blue Model# 165012. Disinfection feed rate and method is the same.
--Pump appears to be the same, pump motor replaced with a Century B228SE. Pump motor replacement is same output as before.
