[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity measrured at 40 ppm during the inspection was less than the minimum acceptable reading of 60 ppm established by code.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch did not trigger an audible or visual alarm on the ACC display when a flow interruption was simulated through the flow cell, and the flow switch for the ACC unit is not being tested monthly with results recorded in the daily pool operation reports. Maintenance personnel attempted to service the flow switch during this inspection by disconnecting, disassembling, and cleaning it. Upon reinstalling it after cleaning, it failed to register a flow interruption.
Have the flow switch serviced, or replaced with a new flow or pressure switch so that the chemical feed pumps are automatically shut off in the event of flow interruption. Maintenance personnel attempted to service the flow switch during this inspection by disconnecting, disassembling, and cleaning it. Upon reinstalling it after cleaning, it failed to register a flow interruption.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results. ACC flow switch was tested during this inspection. While chemical feed pumps did not activate during the flow interruption simulation, the display for the ACC unit failed to register an audible or visual no flow alarm.
Comments
Thank you for your efforts to service the flow switch to the ACC during this inspection. Please call prior to the scheduled reinspection if you encounter a delay in servicing the ACC.
NOTE: Facilities Director reported during inspection that the pool has not been used since ~March 2 due to pool heater failure. Heater repair service was working on the heater during this inspection.
