[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and at the required intervals for automatic chemical controllers. Total chlorine and therefore combined chlorine was not being tested.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. With an ACC in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Make sure to test for total chlorine daily and at the required interval so therefore combined chlorine can be determined.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use, total chlorine was not being test daily at pool side prior to use and every twelve hours.
Test for total chlorine during every pool side testing. By testing for total chlorine combined chlorine can be determined. Make sure to test for total and therfore combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and If ACC is in use every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm. Combined chlorine was observed at 1.5ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.

Comments
Pool looked clear from all points of the perimeter
-Emergency phone was working
-All other safety equipment was provided and accessible
-Filter pressure was 10 psi
-Pool temperature was recorded to be at 83 degrees F.
-Make sure to test for total chlorine. This will allow for the combined chlorine to be determined. The combined chlorine was above the maximum of 1ppm.
-Free chlorine was observed at 3.5 ppm.
