Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Repeat Pool railing and ladder were loose.

Corrected During Inspection Three areas of fence could easily produce gaps greater than 6".
Perimeter barrier was repaired such that gaps greater than 6" could not be produced.
