[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Observed last water chemistry test results in log to be from Wednesday, January 12th. Ensure water chemistry testing results are maintained at the required frequency. Ensure disinfectant and pH are measured and recorded before opening and every 12 hours for pools with an ACC. Ensure water temperature is measured once daily. Ensure alkalinity is measured at least once weekly. Records are to be kept for two years. Will follow-up.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed the pressure gauge on the cartridge filter indicating filter is due for cleaning. Ensure manufacturer's directions are followed and manually clean filter and inspect for tears or holes.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed the pool water pH to be 7.1.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical The ACC unit was not activating an audible or visual alarm when unit malfunctioned or when pH or ORP levels were not acceptable. Observed the ACC indicating a "no flow" alarm. Unable to read chlorine and ORP.
Ensure flow is adequate and ACC is serviced or replaced. Will follow-up.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Observed first aid kit not properly supplied with gloves. Ensure first aid kit is properly supplied with a minimum of gauze, bandages and gloves.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Observed the pool free chlorine residual to be 0.0 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. Will follow-up.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

[?] Inspection Date: 18-January-2022

Comments
--Observed 0.0 ppm free chlorine residual. Pool voluntarily closed. Will follow-up.
--CCPH records indicated pool main drain covers installed March 2021. Please submit certificates of compliance with expiration dates for drain covers and equalizer line covers.
--Pool water appeared cloudy at time of inspection, however main drains were still visible. Flow rate was at minimum required flow to achieve an 8 hour turnover rate, however ACC was indicating a "no flow" alarm. Ensure flow rate is sufficient to maintain water clarity and water chemistry within required parameters. Ensure ACC is properly calibrated and functioning properly. Will follow-up.
