Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed the pH at 8.3. Pool was already closed at time of inspection. Property Manager stated that the wading pool will not open until the pH is at a code compliant level.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Comments
At time of inspection the wading pool had the "Danger Pool Closed" sign posted. The property manager stated that they closed it because the pH is very high. She also stated that they may fill in the wading pool if it is in the budget for next year.

Pool barrier was secure.
Pool water was clear.
Filter psi was at 3.


NOTE: Recommend removing the straps from the spine board.
