3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps have an air gap and are open to freely drain
Repeat Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Signs are very faded.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)/All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
No paper towels in men's rest room. No soap in ladies rest-room.
Alterations to main drains require plan review and approval by the Ohio Department of Health. The main drain must be re-enabled to function properly. Contact the Ohio Department of Health for further assistance.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers are installed/secured/in compliance
Outlet covers were not compliant covers. It can not be determined if drain covers are still compliant.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. Check drain covers for use life.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual are provided as required
Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool No chlorine in the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d)/Circulation/Disinfection system is operating properly
Circulation system was not operating properly at the time of the inspection. Chorine pucks are being placed in the skimmer weirs to chlorinate pool .Accorinding to chemical log. No free chlorine residual detected on Sunday and pucks were added to skimmers.
Do not operate the pool when the circulation system is not operating properly. Ensure that the circulation system is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. There is no hand feeding of disinfectant.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) is functioning properly
Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. pH reading 8.2 on the auto controller. Inspectors reads 7.6.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)/Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. No water chemistry readings taken today. Patrons swimming in pool.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
