Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records prior to the pool company taking over (aquamarine). Records are now being kept by the pool company.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

Repeat SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. Please test and record the test in the pool log for both the ACC and Stingle Switch monthly and prior to opening. The ACC was tested during the inspection and observed to be properly working .
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.

Corrected During Inspection Chlorine tablets were observed in the pool skimmer basket when swimmers were present. The tablets were removed. A reinspection is necessary to ensure the pool is properly disinfected.

-Pool was painted Ocean Blue (HRS90743 Porter Paints) which is not on the approved list. Ensure to contact the state to acquire a variance.
-All safety equipment provided. Ensure phone is working at all times.
-Pool water clear.
-Water readings were code compliant. However, chlorine tablets were observed in the pool so a reinspection is necessary to ensure proper chlorine residuals are present.
- A reinspection is also necessary for the non self closing gate. Pool was voluntarily closed.
