3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards are prevented
Repeat Cross connection hazards were present. Water hose was dropped into the fill line.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(a) / pH and ORP values for chlorine/bromine are continuously monitored.
Critical Repeat pH values were noted at 5.8. However when the pool water was tested using reagent # 1003J the pH was noted at 7.9
Have the ACC unit serviced so that the pH values are continuously monitored. A note was found on the chemical log that stated 'ordered new probes for baby pool'.

Gate does not slef close and self latch all the time.
Repair the gate.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii)/A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
The throw line of A USCG Type IV personal flotation device was thin.
Provide a proper floatation device with a throw line that is one qaurter of an inch in diameter.

1. Thank you for repairing the gate and replacing the throwline for the personal floatation device.
2. Have other violations corrected before the next standard inspection.
