[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The observed flow rate of 55-60 gpm exceeds the filter flow rate of 44 gpm specified on the sand filter.
To the extent practical, throttle down the flow rate to between 20-44 gpm so as to maintain at least a 30 minute turnover rate while not exceeding the flow capacity of the sand filter. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Inspection Information

[?] Facility Type: Special Use Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Follow-up

[?] Inspection Date: 12-June-2018

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Specifically, the ACC failed to recognize a flow interruption when simulated through the test cell. Chemical feed pumps did not deactivate due to the flow switch failure.
Repair or replace the flow sensor so that it properly recognizes a simulated flow interruption and shuts off the chemical feed pumps. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH reading of 7.1 was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)/Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity measured at 50 ppm was less than the minimum required alkalinity reading of 60 ppm specified by code.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)/Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. No monthly ACC test recorded in daily pool records. ACC failed to register a flow interruption when simulated through the test cell and failed to shut off chemical feed pumps.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv)/Water temperatures are recorded daily
Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
Comments
Thank you for correcting nearly all of the violations noted on the previous inspection report.
Water clarity, disinfectant residual and water quality readings meet code requirements at this time.
ACC flow switch / APSOS functions properly at this time.
