[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading of 642 was below minimum acceptable reading of 650 mv
Check calibration of ORP probe and recalibrate or replace as necessary. .
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The Strantrol System 3 ACC failed to flash a viual alarm when the flow was interrupted; chemical pumps continued to pump through simulated flow interruption.
Have the ACC examined and repaired as necessary so that it flashes a visual alarm and stops the chemical feed pumps in the event of a loss of flow. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. The depth markers are exremely weathered and are no longer easily readable.
Replace the depth markers so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water. At least 2 depth markers must be provided at wading pools.
