The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)/Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladder rail on the shallow side of the pool and the ladder on the left side of the pool (towards pump room) was not secured properly to the pool deck surface.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s)/Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
The black gate in the rear end of pool will close with force but it is not self latching.
Repair the gate, so that it is both self closing and self latching.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
The pH was noted at 7.9. Ideal range is 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i)/12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
The reach pole provided was telescopic.
Provide 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook.
