Records are not being maintained on Saturdays and Sundays. Records are not being maintained on all week days. Records are not being maintained at least three times a day when the pool is in operation.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
