3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is properly in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

Observed the ACC to not be properly hooked up to disinfectant feeder.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Plug disinfectant feeder into ACC unit.
