Critical Disinfection system was not operating properly at the time of the inspection. The disinfectent system was not operating.
Do not operate the pool when disinfection system is not operating properly. Ensure that the disinfection system is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.

Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and at the required intervals for pools. Total chlorine was not being tested.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. Make sure to test for free and total chlorine.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was not provided at the unguarded pool. The sheperds hook was stored in a locked shed.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole in the pool area at all times. The PIC placed the sheperds hook in the pool area so patrons may use it if necessary.

Corrected During Inspection A back/spine board without a head immobilizer and straps was not provided at the unguarded pool. The backboard was stored in a locked shed not available to patrons.
Provide the back/spine board at the pool at all times. The PIC correctly placed the backboard in the pool area.
