| 3701-31-04(D) & 04(B)(4)(a): (REPEAT OBSERVATION) Total and combined chlorine are not being tested daily at the poolside deck, as evidenced by the fact that little if any Reagent #3 has been used so far this season. Corrective Action: Test and record an actual test result for total chlorine and calculate the combined chlorine as required. (See main pool inspection report for instructions on how to do this, if necessary.) 04(D)(7)(d): OBSERVATION: No monthly test of the ACC / flow switch / pump interlock recorded for the month of June. Logbook does show test results on 7/5 and 8/3. Corrective Action: Make sure to test these functions each month and record results in logbook. Switch / pump interlock was tested today and found to be functioning properly. Sprayground inspection notes: Water clarity, disinfectant residuals, ORP, water quality readings, and turnover rate meet code requirements at this time. |
