The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool, 0.2 ppm. A reinspection is necessary. Facility voluntarily closed pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c)/SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. Ensure to test and record the ACC and Stingle switch monthly.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.

Comments
Facility corrected gate issue. However, the gate is now again knocking up against the adjacent pole leading to the same issue as before. Ensure this is corrected, the gate should be self closing and self latching at all times.

Facility is replacing VGB cover during off season 2019 in preparation for 2020.
