Record weekend water (free and combined chlorine, pH, and water temperature and water clarity readings. The pool should not be open for use if it has not been tested.

Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side at the required intervals for pools without automatic chemical controllers (ACC).
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
The throw rope attached to the USCG Type IV personal flotation device was not 30-60 feet in length as required at this unguarded pool.
Provide and attach a 30 -60 foot length of throw rope to the flotation device so that drowning swimmers can be safely rescued wtithout putting the rescuer's life in jeopardy.
