Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Construction being done; about 50% of the fencing has been removed and temporary fencing is in place; gaps that equaled 8 inches, 12 inches, and 19 inches in some places observed. Secure the perimeter barrier so that no gaps greater than four inches exist to prevent unauthorized access. It is recommende that the operator voluntarily closes the pool until an approved perimeter barrier is in place.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
