Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. The person in charge was not aware of the testing method.

Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Noted at 50 ppm.

Repeat The safety equipment for the pool was not accessible and/or visible. A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was placed in the storage room.
Place the safety equipment in a clearly visible area and ensure that the equipment is accessible in the event of an emergency.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. As per person in charge the phone located inside the club will be used by pool patrons for emergency services.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Noted at .6 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
