[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv. ORP noted at 240.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Operator adjusted chlorine and levels were noted at 1ppm.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
Flow meter was stuck below 40. Unable to read.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Chlorine was adjusted and noted at 1ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
