The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records at the beginning of the pool season and several days of readings were missing. However the past 2-3 weeks of logs were properly filled out. Ensure the logs are properly filed out and readings taken every 4 hours.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

Inspection notes: Facility has a door that is not self closing, however the door only goes to the restrooms. A reinspection will be conducted to determine what to do with the door and if it is necessary to have a self closing/self latching door. -All safety equipment provided. -All signage provided. -Emergency phone works. First aid kit provided. -Chemical residuals meet code requirements. Recommended chlorine levels between 2-4ppm. Keep up the good work. Ensure weekend readings are taken! |
