[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Pool operator was called and came to increase chlorine levels.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.

Life guard/ CPR/First Aid training certificates were not available on site.
Provide documentation of all training certificates for all lifeguards.

-Ensure that turnover rate is at or under 480 minutes, minimum flow should be 99 gpm.
-Ensure pool records include that weeks date.

Re-inspection to ensure pool disinfectant levels meet code requirement, all safety equipment is available, and pool is not hand dosing disinfectant in skimmer basket.
