The pool water turnover rate was noted at twelve (12) hours. Increase the flow rate of the circulation system to 110gpm to maintain a eight (8) hour water turnover rate.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

The "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign could not be located. Provide a sign stating "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED".
Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use.
