The gate near the pump room is not self latching.
The gate was locked. The gate is going to stay locked until it is self latching.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i)/12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
The 12 ft. reach pole with shepherd's crook is telescopic.
Ensure the pole is non-telescoping.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c)/SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS test results/ service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(v)/Discharge of water from a public swimming pool shall be in accordance with OEPA.
Water from the pool was not being discharged to a sanitary sewage system. It is discharged outside to a gravel bed.
Provide documentation that the method of water discharge is approved by the OEPA.

1. Thank you for the corrections!
2. The drain covers are SDX High Flow Safety Drain 10". The drains are VGB compliant and have a five year service life.
3. The wading pool had a pH of 7.2 and a free chlorine level of 9.
4. A Stingl switch was installed in addition to the Vac Alert system by Cincinnati Pool Management, Inc. The redundant system installation has created confusion. In addition, the wading pool as two VGB compliant drains three feet apart and has a Vac Alert system.
