[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Total chlorine (erroneously reported as combined chlorine on pool data sheets) readings are recorded in the data sheets yet no Reagent #3 appears to have been used yet this season.
Test for combined chlorine by adding 5 drops of reagent #3 to the free chlorine test sample and record actual test results prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Divinging total chlorine readings is not acceptable.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly. Onsite reports indicate it was tested once so far this season (last week only).
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Required monthly ACC test results were not documented in the daily operation log.
The test results an / or service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently tested for proper function, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results. NOTE: This writer tested the pressure switch and pump interlock during the inspection and found it to be functioning satisfactorily.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed flow rate slightly exceeds the maximum flow rate for the sand filter. Observed pressure reading (>60 psi) is >20 psi above the maximum operating pressure (40 psi) for the sand filter.
Recommend backwashing the sand filter for this pool so as to decrease the operating pressure to 40 psi or less to avoid costly damage to the equipment. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
