Repeat The ACC unit ORP 635mv. Increase the reading to 650mv minimum.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (A)(1) / Public swimming pool shall be licensed
The Swimming Pool license could not be located. Locate, then post the current Swimming Pool license.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
The is no soap in the men's rest room. Provide soap in the rest room.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat The flow meter was noted at 80gpm. For an 8 hour turnover, increase the flow rate to 106gpm minimum.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
