3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Repeat The two (2) main drain covers are passed the 2012 replacement requirement. According to CCPH records, the covers were placed on the drains on 7/6/05 with a seven (7) replacement requirement.
Replace the main drain covers for VGB compliance.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.

No other violations observed during the inspection.
The pool otherwise looks great!
Pool Notes:
1. Document monthly ACC unit alarm testing in pool records.
2. The pool water is clear.
3. Proper safety equipment is available for use.
4. ACC unit pH noted at 7.5.
5. The ACC unit alarm functions when tested.
6. Pool turnover rate=8.7 hours. A flow rate of 108-110gpm would need to be maintained to insure an eight (8) hour turnover rate.
7. Copy of the report was left with the pool records.
